Happy New Year!
WELCOME 2012!
I spent my New Year's Eve stampin' in my stamping room and staying home doing much of nothing. I decided not to head over to Mom and Dad's this year as I had spent almost all of my Christmas vacation there and I missed hanging out at my home. I didn't celebrate with wine or champagne but I did have a few cups of tea...trying to empty out my stash and packed cupboards.I was thinking over my Christmas break some things that I resolve to accomplish...Here are a few (yeah right) things that I'm REALLY going to keep tabs on with this blog...I'm thinking it will probably take 5 years to accomplish everything...I'll revisit and strikethrough each item accomplished.
Getaways and Destinations:
1. Go to church
2. Spend time with family
3. Take Peanut on more walks
4. Attend a musical event. What? Planning now...
5. Attend a theatrical event
6. Take photos somewhere special
7. Plan my summer vacation
Household Related:
1. Fix the leaking toilet
2. Purchase and install bamboo flooring for my lower level
3. Purge cups, mugs, dishware and donate to charity
4. Get a fence and deck installed
5. Get the grass to GROW in the front yard
6. Chop down the "leaning" pine at my doorstep
Stamping Related:
1. Organize and maintain stamping room: Purge, sell, pitch, use it up...
2. Use items that I've purchased for projects
3. Get shelves/cupboards in stamping room
4. Purchase daybed or futon for room when it's clean
5. Send Valentine cards to special friends and all of family
